Motorola Atrix Is A Highly Popular Phone Among Customers

We are now in an age where mobile phones are coming pretty close to the laptops and netbooks in terms of their functionality. However, the age-old theory that has been rambling still is the fact that mobile phones cannot come close to the laptops and netbooks of this world in terms of power. The Motorola ATRIX is the phone that is going to change this perception once and for all. This is the new phone that Motorola preparing to launch worldwide in a short while and once it is done so, it will become the fastest mobile phone that money can buy. The magic behind the awesome speed of the Motorola ATRIX is dual core processors. The LG Optimus 2X is also a dual core smart phone that was launched recently; however, it did not impress when it comes to other features. While the LG Optimus 2X focuses mainly on the speed, the Motorola ATRIX focuses on the entire phone itself.

The result is an extremely good looking phone that is equally fast if not better. The Motorola ATRIX is not better in terms of looks than the LG Optimus 2X. This may be due to the style that looks more similar to the Motorola Defy. However, styling seems to be the only problem with the Motorola ATRIX in an otherwise brilliant package. This package includes a touch screen that packs in 4 inches of size and 540 x 960 pixels of resolution. The Apple iPhone 4 has remained the phone with the best resolution so far, but the launch of this new phone from Motorola will provide some stiff competition to that title. The screen is also capacitive, which lets you do all forms of multiple touches. This is certainly essential for a phone of this magnitude and also due to the fact that it will be running on the Android 2.3 operating system.

This operating system not only comes with the multi-touch support for the web browser and image viewing. Instead, it comes with multiple touch support for areas like messaging. This is certainly a surprise and it is one of the improvements that this operating system has over its predecessor, the Froyo operating system. The internal memory of the phone is 16 GB, while that is support for additional memory cards as well. The 32 GB memory cards can be supported in the Motorola ATRIX and it supports the micro-SD form of cards. The biggest advantage that the Motorola ATRIX enjoys over its rivals is the dual core 1 GHz processor. It is also extremely fast due to the presence of 1 GB DDR2 RAM. The presence of a five megapixel camera is sufficient for taking casual photos and 720 p HD videos. The Motorola ATRIX will be coming with a WebTop application that will allow this phone to be used as a high end device like a laptop or a television using the docks that are provided with the phone. The 3G model phone has been confirmed for the UK.
